Rig Tension Gauges - Professional Series

The Professional Series tension gauge provides the basis for accurate and repeatable tuning of boat standing rigging.
It is accurate to plus or minus 3% at mid range.
The gauge is simple to use and is ruggedly constructed to provide years of service. A full set of instructions is included.

Model PT-1M :wire diameter 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm.
Model PT-2M :wire diameter 5mm, 6mm, 7mm.
Model PT-3M: wire diameter 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm

Rig Tension Gauges - Standard Series

The original Loos gauge—an industry standard for rig tuning.
The Standard Series tension gauge is slightly less accurate than the Pro Series gauge and a little less convenient to use; it cannot be left attached to the stay whilst making tension adjustments.

Model A (91m): wire diameter 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm
Model B (90m): wire diameter 5mm, 6mm, 7mm

Rod Rigging Series

The Loos RT series rod rigging tension gauges are designed for accurate and repeatable tuning of sailboat rod rigging.

The RT-10M covers rod sizes 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 (4.4mm to 7.1mm)
The RT-11M covers rod sizes 12, 17 and 22 (7.1mm to 9.5mm)

The Loos RT provides durability, accuracy and convenience of use. Manufactured of rugged anodized aluminium, this gauge is corrosion resistant and will give years of service.
